Altitude self-performs residential, commercial, interior, selective, and structural demolition. Our experienced crews and equipment fleet — including large-scale excavators and trucks — allow us to complete projects of virtually any size efficiently and on schedule. We provide our own trucking and hauling for demolition debris, which keeps projects moving and sets us apart from contractors who rely on outside haulers.
Every project begins with an on-site walkthrough and a clear, detailed estimate. When environmental hazards are present, our crews are trained to recognize and safely address unforeseen conditions — stopping work to handle materials properly and in full regulatory compliance before continuing. From asphalt and concrete removal to complete structural teardowns, we deliver clean, code-compliant results.
Commercial and residential teardowns across the Front Range — self-performed with our own excavators, high-reach equipment, dust control, and trucking and hauling from first bite to a clean, graded site.

Altitude self-performs interior and selective demolition — stripping tenant spaces and whole floors down to the structure, removing partitions, ceilings, and finishes by hand and machine while protecting what stays and getting the space ready for its next build-out.

We handle the full scope of site preparation: clearing, grubbing, and grading; mass and over-excavation; foundation excavation and backfill; and the import and export of material. Our operators use professional-grade equipment to clear vegetation, remove stumps and debris, and shape sites to plan — quickly and to budget.
Altitude prepares sub-grade, installs and compacts aggregate base, and meets compaction testing requirements for every lift, producing a stable foundation ready for flatwork or vertical construction. We also grade sites for proper drainage and runoff control — protecting structures from erosion, foundation damage, and flooding. On larger jobs we have exported hundreds of end-dump loads while keeping the site clean and safe.
On large commercial sites, Altitude moves and reworks massive volumes of material — over-excavating unsuitable soils, importing and compacting engineered fill in lifts, and grading to plan. Below is our own equipment and crews at work in the field.
When the dig turns to bedrock, Altitude brings the horsepower — running hydraulic hoe-rams and heavy excavators to break, rip, and remove rock and oversized boulders, then haul them off and get the site back to grade.

Altitude shapes sites to plan — cutting, filling, and fine-grading building pads, parking lots, and drive lanes, then compacting to spec so the site is ready for flatwork, curb and gutter, and paving.

Our utility crews install new water service from ¾″ through 2″, perform water and sewer tie-ins and repairs, and connect sewer laterals using wye, saddle, and cut-in-wye methods to match each agency's standards. We install storm sewer and storm-drain systems — including large-diameter RCP — with manholes, inlets, and the precise inverts and slopes required for proper gravity flow. We also install C-900 water loops with fire hydrants, valves, and water-line lowering.
Altitude holds the licenses required to tap mains and is permitted for right-of-way work and partial or full street closures. We coordinate utility locates, saw-cutting, excavation, bedding, flash-fill, and asphalt patching so utility work is completed safely, inspected, and restored with minimal disruption to the site.
Altitude self-performs complete C-900 water loops — from deep-trench main runs and mechanical-joint fittings to fire hydrants, valves, bedding, and service tie-ins — installed to each agency's standards and restored when the work is done.
From gravity sewer main runs in properly shored trenches to cast-in-place manhole bases, wyes, and tie-ins, Altitude builds sanitary systems to line, grade, and each agency's inspection standards.
Altitude installs large-diameter RCP storm systems and builds the cast-in-place manholes, junction structures, and inlets that go with them — formed, poured, and shaped to the inverts and slopes each design requires.
For restaurant and commercial pads, Altitude excavates for and sets precast grease interceptors — rigging and lowering the vaults, building up risers to grade, connecting the sewer, and backfilling and compacting around the structure.
For fueling stations and travel centers, Altitude excavates and shores the tank pit, sets bedding and hold-down anchors, rigs and lowers the fiberglass USTs, and backfills with pea gravel — all built to the tank manufacturer's and authority's requirements.
When a site involves impacted soils or hazardous materials, Altitude manages the excavation, containment, and haul-off under strict controls — dust suppression, lined and covered loads, decontamination, and disposal in full regulatory compliance.

Because we self-perform the core scopes, we can bundle the supporting work your project needs into a single, accountable contract.
Flatwork and asphalt patching coordinated with excavation and utility work for a clean, finished site.
Vegetation, stump, and debris removal to leave land ready for grading and development.
Gravity-flow storm systems with manholes, inlets, and correct inverts and slopes.
Our own trucks and hauling keep demolition and export work moving without third-party delays.
Excavation and handling of impacted soils with proper containment, control measures, and disposal.
Prompt response to urgent site needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
