In the aftermath of the December 2021 Marshall Fire, Altitude cleaned up 105 individual residences in Louisville, Colorado for homeowners who opted out of the FEMA program — clearing ash, structural debris, and foundations safely and respectfully, and completing the work in about 4.5 months to help families move forward and rebuild. A $1.74M community-recovery effort we're proud to have been part of.










Full site development of three Applegreen sites along E-470, including mass earthwork, demolition of former buildings, excavation and over-excavation for new buildings, and approximately a mile and a half of sewer pipe installed off 96th Ave. & E-470.

Major earthwork and over-excavation, building and fuel-canopy excavation, 36″ RCP storm system with manholes and inlets, grease traps, new water and sewer, fine grade, and 200 loads of Class 6 graded and compacted for asphalt (2024).
Demolition and removal of 14″ concrete parking lot, building over-excavation, new inlets and manholes, and re-route of C-900 water loop with fire hydrants.
~2 acres of site clearing, grubbing and grading; 15″ storm drains, retaining walls, footings, curb & gutter, sidewalks, valley pans, parking lots, firelines, new water and sewer; ~350 end-dump loads exported.
